Notes of white and yellow fruit, acacia blossom, wildflower honey, and apricots, complemented by subtle spice, dried fruit, hazelnut, and grilled almond developed through barrel aging. 

A blend of fresh grape juice - typically featuring Ugni Blanc for acidity and finesse alongside Colombard for fruitiness - combined with young Cognac eau-de-vie.
