Dom. Bon Augure, En Terre Etrangere 2024

Domaine de Bon Augure is an organic estate in the hills of the Haute Vallée de l'Orb, in the Languedoc in the south of France. 'En Terre Étrangère' ('in a foreign land') is their Chardonnay, a Burgundian grape grown in the Languedoc's wild uplands.

Elegant, with citrus notes and a lemony character that opens up to reveal white flowers. Well balanced, it evolves into very opulent aromas of dried fruit with some woody notes.

Serve with: roast chicken, grilled fish, creamy pasta or soft cheeses.
