Pet nat (pétillant naturel) is the oldest method of making sparkling wine: the wine is bottled before its first fermentation finishes, so the bubbles form naturally in the bottle. This one is made from Carignan Gris, a rare pink-skinned variant of Carignan grown in the south of France.

An extra brut pet nat: crisp, pure and zesty. It pours slightly cloudy, with a clean grapefruit and white peach palate.

Serve with: oysters, sushi, charcuterie or as an aperitif. Serve well chilled.
