Flint Vineyards, Silexa 2024

Flint Vineyard is a pioneering English winery in Norfolk, in the Waveney Valley. Silexa is their still white blend, led by Chardonnay, fermented partly in a concrete egg for purity and tension and partly in neutral oak for breadth.

Silexa 2024 reflects the cool precision of the vintage. Chardonnay is supported by Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris, with aromas of lemon curd, white peach and almond lifted by mineral freshness.

Serve with: crab, roast chicken, grilled fish or soft cheeses.
