François Villard is based in Saint-Michel-sur-Rhône and is one of the leading names in Condrieu, the northern Rhône appellation that is the spiritual home of Viognier. 'Les Contours de Deponcins' takes its name from his celebrated Condrieu, Deponcins, and offers his Viognier style at a friendlier price.

Pale yellow-gold, with powerful aromas of peach, apricot, honeysuckle and orange blossom. A mineral streak is balanced by lively acidity and subtle salinity.
