Johanneshof Reinisch, St Laurent, 2020

Johanneshof Reinisch is a family estate in Tattendorf, in Austria's Thermenregion south of Vienna, farmed organically and known for its red wines. St. Laurent is a red grape of uncertain origin that is now an Austrian speciality, related to Pinot Noir and similarly silky and perfumed.

An outstanding St. Laurent with a bouquet reminiscent of forest fruits, sour cherries and marzipan.

Serve with: roast duck, pork, game birds or mushroom dishes. Lovely slightly cool.
