La Mecanique du Vin, Orange Wine 2023

Orange wine is white wine made like a red, with the juice left in contact with the grape skins for colour, texture and gentle tannin. La Mécanique du Vin blends southern French white grapes, including aromatic Viognier and Muscat.

Clear, pale orange. Bold aromas of bitter orange, dried flowers and a touch of nuttiness. Fresh and vibrant on the palate, with balanced acidity and flavours that mirror the aromas. A long, intense, layered finish.

Serve with: spiced dishes, Middle Eastern food, roast pork or hard cheeses.
