Fresh floral aromas and white fleshed fruits, 12 months in barrel add complexity and depth. Picked late with plenty of ‘Noble Rot’ but still maintaining the classic freshness of a great Sauternes, made from 82% Semillon and 18% Sauvignon and aged for a year in French oak.
