Olmeca Altos Plata Anejo Tequila

Olmeca Altos is a 100% agave tequila from the Highlands (Los Altos) of Jalisco, Mexico, where agaves grow slowly and sweetly in red clay soils. This one is aged in ex-bourbon barrels.

Aged in 200-litre bourbon barrels for at least 12 months. Sweet, fruity and fresh citrus, with cooked agave, vanilla and woody notes.

Serve: neat, over ice, or in a Tommy's Margarita or Paloma.
