August Kesseler is based in Assmannshausen in the Rheingau, Germany, and is one of the country's most celebrated estates, especially for Pinot Noir (Spätburgunder). The Daily August range is their everyday wine.

Subtle cherry and blueberry, with delicious aromas of cassis and red pepper.

Serve with: roast chicken, duck, salmon or charcuterie. Lovely slightly cool.
