The Grange Pink NV

The Grange is a family estate in Hampshire, near Alresford, making English sparkling wine by the traditional method used in Champagne. Hampshire's chalk soils are remarkably similar to Champagne's. Pink is their sparkling rosé, made from Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.

Wild strawberry and raspberry in a soft, bready frame. Long lees ageing makes it rich and round, with raspberry, cranberry and redcurrant held in a delightful creaminess, balanced by fresh acidity.

Serve with: celebrations, smoked salmon, strawberries or summer desserts.
